Global Paid Social Lead (m/w/d)

For our client, an up-and-coming, fast-growing e-commerce company in the home & garden sector, we are looking for a

Tasks:

Development and management of the global paid social media strategy with focus on Meta Ads
Full responsibility for various key markets - from strategic planning to media buying and creative leadership
Build a centralized paid social excellence team to drive global knowledge transfer, develop best practices and identify new strategic growth opportunities
Lead the creative direction in close collaboration with the creative strategist and design teams
Design and implement systems for efficient campaign management, reporting and scaling processes
Work strategically with the Head of Performance Marketing and other decision makers
Develop budget strategies for high monthly ad spend (≥ $1M) to ensure excellent ROI
Align paid social strategies with D2C e-commerce and lead generation needs with a clear focus on global scaling and market penetration

Profile:

Several years of sound experience in paid social marketing
Fluency in English, knowledge of German is an advantage
Relevant meta ad expertise, knowledge of TikTok Ads is an advantage
Experience in managing project teams and scaling campaigns across multiple markets
Expertise with tools such as Adtribute, Klar or TripleWhale
Hybrid working model (no full-remote or close possible)
Good salary package
