Job Title: Global Product Development Manager

This is a key role within our organization that requires leadership skills, technical expertise and business acumen. As the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of innovative products from concept to launch.

The ideal candidate will have experience in medical device development with strong knowledge of regulations such as CE conformity and FDA compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Idea generation and management throughout all stages of product development
• Leadership of cross-functional project teams including Design Reviews, Technical Reviews, Project Gate Reviews within the Innovation and Development area
• New product development aligned with regulatory requirements standards support audits (concept development requirement engineering risk management verification validation testing)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in natural sciences/engineering preferably Medical Technology Mechatronics Material Engineering related field
