Global Product Marketing Manager

The Global Product Marketing Manager will support a range of activities, from analyzing market trends, defining customer needs and evaluating the competitive landscape to developing product roadmaps and pricing proposals as well as develop and implement growth strategies.

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Line Owner to take the lead on one of our innovative, high voltage products under development. This role is pivotal in driving the product's success through comprehensive ownership of its lifecycle—from market strategy and competitive intelligence to customer engagement and revenue growth.

General Responsibilities

• Oversees marketing plans and activities for specific product(s) or product line(s) to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena
• Oversees business plans and product positioning in the marketplace
• Oversees market research activities, monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needs
• Establishes pricing strategies

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing the marketing strategy for the product line.
• Gathering and analyzing competitive intelligence and defining market pricing strategies.
• Leading the product roadmap and aligning it with customer needs and business goals.
• Driving customer engagement and supporting the sales team with product proposals and opportunity development.
• Spearheading business development initiatives across North America to expand market share and revenue.
• Acting as the primary liaison between product management, sales, and customers, providing strategic guidance to close new business opportunities.
• This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, market insight, and hands‑on collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the product line's sustained growth and profitability.

Additionally, this role requires the candidate to be comfortable dealing with technical concepts and to engage directly with engineering departments within Sensata and our customers. For this reason, an engineering degree and background are highly preferred.
