You manage and develop strategic key accounts within the global lamp business, ensuring long‑term customer satisfaction and sustainable revenue growth.
Beyond this, you cultivate strong, long‑term relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, fostering trust and effective collaboration.
You also take the lead in identifying and acquiring new customers and business opportunities, expanding the company’s footprint across regions and applications.
When it comes to negotiations, you handle complex pricing and contract discussions with key customers, ensuring commercially sound and competitive agreements.
Furthermore, you drive global lamp sales performance, structuring and optimizing pricing, sales approaches, and portfolio strategies together with Product Management.
As the central point of contact and market expert for the lamp business, you support peers to grow their accounts and improve overall business performance.
You contribute to strategic initiatives and projects related to the lamp business, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives and delivering measurable impact.
