What You Will Do

• Rotate through three 12‑month assignments across key manufacturing functions such as Process Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Quality, Maintenance/Reliability, EHSS, and Production Planning
• Build strong technical, functional, and business capabilities through hands‑on learning, strategic project work, and structured training
• Participate in a global cohort and collaborate with peers across North America, South America, APAC, and EMEA
• Expand your professional network by working cross‑functionally and engaging with leaders across the organization
• Contribute to operational excellence initiatives that improve safety, quality, efficiency, and reliability
• Engage in a structured learning curriculum focused on technical foundations, personal development, and leadership growth.

What You Will Bring

• A bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field
• Up to 3 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or related environments (preferred but not required)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Clear and confident communication skills, including the ability to present technical information and write concise reports
• Proficiency in English, with basic German knowledge considered an advantage
• A willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges in a fast‑paced, global environment
