What the Role Involves

• Partnering with Norwegian companies and agencies to improve their digital ad campaigns.
• Providing strategic advice on how to get the best return on their advertising budgets.
• Connecting with potential partners via phone, video, and email to expand their presence in the EMEA region.

Who Fits Best?

• Language: Fluent (C2) Norwegian and a high level of English.
• Experience: 1-2 years in sales or online advertising (experience with major ad platforms is a plus).
• Mindset: You're goal‑oriented, enjoy solving problems, and have a genuine interest in marketing technology.
• Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Available to start on 13th April

The Setup in Barcelona

• Location: A prime office at the World Trade Center , right by the sea.
• Hybrid Model: 39 hours per week, combining office and home office.
• The Package: €23,876 gross/year + up to €3,408 in performance bonuses.
• Relocation: To help you settle in, the flight ticket is covered and you'll have 1 month of accommodation in an individual studio.
