About The Role Growth at Revolut is where strategy, data, and creativity come together. The team drives expansion by launching in new markets, accelerating acquisition, and boosting engagement and retention. They turn insights into action, working across teams and channels to scale what works and experiment with what’s next. We're looking for a Graduate Marketing Manager to lead roadmaps for strategic marketing initiatives. You'll begin with 2 core rotations to gain a comprehensive understanding of our business and develop your skills. During your regional rotation, you’ll work closely with local marketers to create tailored campaigns that adapt our global strategies to local markets. Then in your channel-focused rotation, you’ll develop cutting-edge marketing strategies by working with teams focused on branding, media buying, events, and partnerships.
