Graduate Programme

We’re seeking the leaders of tomorrow to join our Graduate Programme – those who share our values, live our culture and deliver beyond expectations. Since launching in 2009, we have successfully trained 360+ graduates. The programme is an 18‑month curriculum that blends external and internal expert teaching, hands‑on projects and international experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co‑ordinating with site teams
  • Attending daily/weekly meetings as required
  • Preparing reports and presentations as required
  • Assisting Intermediate and Senior Engineers
  • Ensuring design complies with project specifications
  • Preparing technical submittals in accordance with project specifications and procurement schedule
  • Ensuring materials/plant ordered are approved and in compliance with specification
  • Working with BIM to develop construction plans and work packaging

Selection Criteria / Person Specification

  • Ideally 2:1 Honours Degree / Expected 2:1
  • Level 8 or relevant bachelor’s degree
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Adaptable and solutions driven
  • Able to work in a team environment
  • Pride in the quality and presentation of work
  • Good organisation & coordination skills
  • Flexible to travel
  • Enthusiastic and energetic

Desirable

  • Experience in the construction industry or trade background
