The EIB, the European Union's bank, in the framework of its GRAD programme, is seeking to recruit for its Portfolio Management and Monitoring Directorate – Transaction Management Department – Provisioning and Valuations Unit – two Graduates in Provisioning and Valuations. These are full‑time temporary positions at grade GRAD. The term of the contracts will be until December 31, 2028. Panel interviews are anticipated for May/June 2026.
As a Graduate in the PROVAL Unit, you will be mentored by seasoned valuation and provisioning professionals, gain exposure to a wide range of transactions spanning Corporate Finance, Venture Debt and Equity, and develop the technical skillset to grow into a confident finance professional, all while contributing to projects with real impact across Europe.
Under the supervision of the Head of Unit and experienced Valuation Officers, you will contribute to various tasks related to the preparation and timely delivery of adequate provisions in respect of the Bank’s loan‑graded portfolio and regular valuations of the Venture Debt investments portfolio.
You will also contribute to the management of data and the maintenance of its quality and support the Team in periodic performance reviews and performance reporting. You will assist colleagues in transaction lifecycle management on matters related to data valuations and provisions. You may also contribute to the regular valuations of Fund and Co‑Investments portfolio.
