Graphic Designer UI/UX

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer specializing in UI/UX in Cologne (100% on-site). You will design user‑centered interfaces for web and mobile applications and work closely with product, development, and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop modern user interfaces (web/mobile), including components, icon sets, and design systems
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Plan UX concepts: information architecture, user flows, and micro-interactions
• Handoff designs to development using tools such as Figma Inspect
• Participate in usability testing and continuous optimization
• Ensure a consistent brand experience across all digital touchpoints

Profile

• Degree or vocational training in design or equivalent practical experience
• At least 2 years of experience in UI/UX or visual product design
• Excellent skills in Figma (or Sketch/Adobe XD) and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Proficient in responsive design and basic knowledge of WCAG and design systems
• Basic HTML/CSS and motion‑prototyping skills (e.g., After Effects, Principle) a plus
• Structured, detail‑oriented working style and strong teamwork
