Overview:

We are looking for a highly proactive and globally minded International Trade Specialist to manage our complex supply chains and international partnerships at Sereact.

You will play a key role in taking our operational business to the next level by streamlining cross‑border logistics, navigating customs regulations, and ensuring our global material flows remain efficient and uninterrupted.

This role is based in Stuttgart and is ideal for a person who enjoys a mix of dynamic communication with international partners and keeping a cool head while managing complex, process‑driven trade operations.

Your Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Management: Coordinate the flow of goods and optimize our logistic processes both domestically and internationally.
Procurement Support: Assist with the administrative processing of purchases.
Inventory Management: Keep a close eye on our stock levels and ensure all components are in the right place at the right time.
Commercial All‑rounder: Support all administrative matters that arise in a fast‑growing tech company.

Qualifications:

Background: Vocational training in Wholesale & Foreign Trade (Groß- & Einzelhandelskaufmann) or a degree with a focus on Trade/Logistics.
Experience: At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
Mindset: You are a problem solver. You don’t wait for instructions; you see what needs to be done and take initiative.
Drive: We are looking for someone who is eager to grow with us. For us, high motivation beats niche expertise every time.
Skills: Business‑level fluency in German and English is a must for our international environment.
