About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing, internationally active chemical company headquartered in Baden-Württemberg. As part of its continued growth and transformation, the company is strengthening its finance function by professionalizing accounting processes, implementing new systems, and enhancing its financial infrastructure .

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare and ensure accuracy of consolidated financial statements under HGB and IFRS
• Manage and further develop the group consolidation process
• Act as key contact for external auditors and coordinate audits across group entities
• Prepare financial reports for management and external stakeholders
• Support transfer pricing topics and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Contribute to the implementation and improvement of ERP and consolidation systems (e.g., SAP, LucaNet)
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across finance and international entities

Your Profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• Strong experience in group accounting and consolidation , with solid knowledge of IFRS and HGB
• Hands‑on experience with ERP and reporting systems (e.g., SAP, LucaNet)
• Experience managing and coordinating external audits
• Structured, hands‑on, and proactive working style
• Fluent in German and English
