Group Accounting Specialist

Your Role

• Lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements on a quarterly and annual basis, aligned with international accounting standards
• Enhance and streamline reporting workflows to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery
• Support the integration of newly acquired entities into group reporting, including purchase price allocation
• Evaluate and interpret complex transactions with relevance to international financial reporting
• Contribute to the implementation of new accounting standards and internal policy updates
• Collaborate on refining internal accounting guidelines and documentation

Your Profile

• Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a focus on corporate reporting
• Several years of experience in group accounting or audit, ideally with exposure to IFRS
• Strong technical understanding of consolidation and international reporting standards
• Analytical mindset with a knack for developing structured solutions
• Clear communicator with the ability to explain complex topics across teams
• Independent, organized, and proactive working style
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with consolidation tools (e.g. LucaNet) is a plus
• Passion for financial reporting and collaborative problem-solving
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
