Group Manager for Production Support (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

Disciplinary and functional leadership of Assembly and Maintenance/Repair; cross-shift management via production supervisors

Shopfloor management based on schedule/quality/performance (SQDC/DP): prioritization, daily management, escalation, and target achievement

Direct management of maintenance/repair: prioritization of breakdowns, task assignment, standards/checklists

Troubleshooting on (semi-)automated lines, including sustainable root cause analysis (RCA) and prevention of recurring issues

Establishment of standardized processes (work instructions, handovers, 5S, checklists) and consistent reduction of interface losses

Further development of maintenance processes (preventive/condition-based), work order control in CMMS, spare parts and supplier management

Participation in budget and investment planning (retrofits/optimizations) as well as close collaboration with Quality, Planning, Engineering, and Purchasing

Your profile

Successfully completed technical training or a comparable qualification

Several years of leadership experience in automotive production, ideally in assembly and automation

Strong organizational and communication skills in cross-shift leadership

Experience with Lean/Continuous Improvement/TPM and KPI-based management; CMMS experience is an advantage

Assertive, structured, hands-on approach with a strong focus on safety and quality
