Tasks

• Identify Growth Levers: Scout and analyze new product categories international markets and sales channels to validate and unlock major expansion potential.
• Drive Project Ownership: Take full 0-to-1 ownership of high-impact growth projects coordinating execution across teams (e.g. Supply Chain Marketing Product).
• Deliver Strategic Insights: Deep-dive into global sales and portfolio data creating essential reports and forecasts that serve as the foundation for management decision-making.
• Optimize Commercial Performance: Analyze portfolio performance across channels and countries providing actionable strategies to immediately maximize revenue and profitability.

Requirements

Must-Haves

• Bachelors degree (or higher) in business economics or a related field.
• Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1) both written and spoken.
• Proven Analytical Skills - Confident working with large datasets/spreadsheets to draw clear actionable conclusions.
• Structured approach to problem-solving and strong communication skills.
• Hands-on proactive and curious you dont wait to be told what to do and think one step ahead.

Highly Valued (Bonus Points)

• Relevant experience from consulting finance startups e-commerce or other business related fields.
• Knowledge of other languages.
