What You’ll Do

• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to optimize funnels and drive measurable results.
• Test, iterate, and scale initiatives with speed, precision, and a focus on long-term impact.
• Own your metrics end-to-end and directly influence the company’s growth trajectory.

Your Profile

• Have 2–5 years of experience in growth, marketing, or business strategy, preferably in SaaS or enterprise tech.
• Think creatively and analytically, blending bold experimentation with data-backed decisions.
• Communicate effectively, inspiring stakeholders across teams to move fast and act decisively.
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and embrace AI-driven transformation.
