The Role This is a

hands-on internship

at the core of an early-stage startup. You will work directly with the founders and support the build-up of sales and customer success from day one. There are no predefined “intern tasks”. Instead, you will take real responsibility in key go-to-market areas and contribute directly to execution and outcomes. No coffee runs, real impact.

What You Will Do Support the setup and development of sales and customer success structures Improve, structure, and automate core go-to-market processes Build analytics and reporting to support data-driven decisions Prepare and accompany sales and customer meetings Contribute to the development and refinement of the early go-to-market strategy

What You Bring Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, ideally with a business, technical, or related focus First exposure to business development, sales, or customer-facing work Structured, reliable working style with a fast grasp of new topics High initiative, strong execution mindset, and willingness to learn Strong interest in building an early-stage B2B SaaS company Ideally first experience in dynamic environments such as startups, venture capital, or consulting
