Do you want to get hands‑on experience in performance marketing and help scale campaigns across international markets?

We’re looking for a curious, proactive, and data‑driven Performance Marketing Manager with a strong interest in Native Advertising . In this role, you’ll support the setup, testing, and optimization of campaigns across platforms like Taboola and Outbrain, while learning how performance marketing drives real business impact.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow fast, take ownership early, and work closely with experienced colleagues across creative, content, product, and tech.

What you’ll do

• Support the setup, management, and optimization of native advertising campaigns across platforms such as Taboola, Outbrain, and other discovery channels
• Monitor campaign performance, spot trends, and identify opportunities to improve results, support reporting for internal stakeholders
• Help test creatives, headlines, messaging angles, audience strategies, and landing pages
• Analyze key KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rate, and lead quality
• Research competitors, publishers, and market trends to bring new ideas to the table
• Share ideas, ask questions, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement

What you bring

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, paid media, or a related area
• Internship or working student experience in online marketing is also welcome
• First exposure to Taboola, Outbrain, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar paid media platforms is a plus
• Interest in data, reporting, and understanding what drives campaign performance
• Familiarity with tools like GA4, Piwik, Excel, Looker, or Power BI is a plus, but not a must
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage several topics at once
• Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude
