About osapiens osapiens provides a platform that enables enterprises to run more efficient while navigating through change. We’re growing fast, selling into complex enterprise accounts, and our GTM motion needs the same engineering rigor we put into our product.

The Role This is not a RevOps or systems admin position. This is a true engineering role focused on designing, building, and scaling AI‑driven automation across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will own the systems, pipelines, outbound infrastructure and automation logic that power our entire revenue motion.

You’ll work directly with senior leadership, ship quickly, and operate in an environment where prototypes become production within days when they drive impact.

Your Responsibilities

• Building data pipelines that pull from third‑party sources to auto‑enrich and score accounts
• Writing scripts and lightweight applications to automate workflows that would otherwise be manual work
• Engineering outbound infrastructure (sequences, inbox rotation, deliverability monitoring, calling prioritization)
• Wiring CRM logic that actually reflects how deals move
• Integrating tools via APIs and webhooks where native connectors don’t exist or aren’t good enough
• Building internal tooling for AEs and SDRs that removes friction from daily workflows
• Experimenting with LLMs to automate research, personalization, and follow‑up at scale

Your Experience

We are looking for AI natives that

• Can code (Python, JS, or similar)
• Have built on top of GTM tools and their APIs, not just configured them
• Have set up outbound infrastructure from scratch
• Know when to reach for an off‑the‑shelf tool and when to build
• Have used LLMs for something genuinely useful in a commercial context
