Tools like Claude Code, Apollo, Clay, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Attio will be your daily operating system. Think in systems, measure in data, iterate faster than most teams can plan.
• Sales Instinct: Manage full sales cycles from first touch to signed deal across 5k, 20k, 100k € ticket sizes without guidance. Shadow a founder on Monday and confidently run your own demos by Wednesday.
• Ownership: Operate like a founder. Spot gaps, fill them. Rebuild forecasting models when off. Redesign processes that are 2x more efficient and ship improvements before anyone asks.
• Structure & Processes: Scale fast by continuously improving what exists and building what’s next. Make good processes great and spot bottlenecks before they become blockers.
• Attention to Detail: Value excellence. Keep pipelines clean, outreach copy typo‑free, and follow‑ups on time. Understand that details compound in GTM & Sales.
