Hall Sensor New Product Introduction (NPI) Program Manager (m/f/d)

Our client is a global leader in high-performance analog and mixed-signal semiconductor solutions. We are seeking a highly organized NPI Program Manager to join the Sensing Division. In this role, you will be the primary driver for bringing next-generation magnetic sensing technologies from the R&D phase to high-volume manufacturing.

You will navigate a complex ecosystem, coordinating between design engineering, global supply chains, and business stakeholders to ensure product launches meet strict quality, timeline, and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Lifecycle Management: Define and manage comprehensive project roadmaps, ensuring alignment across design, wafer fabrication, assembly, and testing. Portfolio Coordination: Oversee a diverse pipeline of sensing products, managing dependencies and resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects. Risk & Mitigation: Proactively identify technical and logistical bottlenecks; develop contingency plans to maintain critical path schedules. Financial & Resource Oversight: Track project expenditures and manage budget variances, ensuring adherence to internal financial governance and change-request protocols. Quality Governance: Ensure all product releases comply with industry-standard quality frameworks (e.g., IATF 16949 or ISO 26262) and internal phase-gate milestones. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the central point of contact for executive leadership, providing data-driven status updates and KPI reporting.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Education: Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field. Experience: Minimum 5+ years of project/program management experience within the semiconductor or high-tech hardware sector. Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing flows, product lifecycle management (PLM), and NPI methodologies. Business Acumen: Experience managing project budgets and navigating corporate financial approval processes. Communication: Exceptional English proficiency with the ability to influence cross-functional, multi-cultural teams.
