We are hiring German & Dutch-speaking Customer Advisors for a hybrid role in Belgium, within a structured and professional environment.

Your role:

• Manage customer interactions (phone/email)
• Provide support related to services and products
• Maintain high customer satisfaction

Location:

Ghent, Belgium

Work conditions:

• 24/7 rotational shifts
• 7h30/day + 30 min break
• Hybrid after training

Important notes:

• Initial contracts are 1–3–6 months
• First month fully on-site
• Only 1 day/week remote after training

Requirements:

• German & Dutch fluency
• Customer-focused mindset
• Flexibility with shifts
