Youwillsupportandmaintaincriticalnetworkinfrastructures,includingswitches,wirelessaccesspoints,andtheirpowersupplysystems,andstructuredcabling.

ThisrolerequiresastrongtechnicalunderstandingandexcellentcommunicationskillsinGermanandEnglish.

KeyResponsibilities

• Install,configure,andmaintain networkswitches, accesspoints, and related infrastructure.
• Handle powerconnections safely, manage optical(fiber)cabling and copperpatchcabling, including terminations, labeling, and testing.
• Provide basic network support—basic understanding of Layer2 and Layer3 technologies, like ICMP, DHCP, ARP, STP, MAClearning, VLANs, IPv4Routingetc.
• Work closely with central IT and vendors to coordinate equipment delivery, installation scheduling, and issueescalation.
• Document installation sites—e.g., floorplans, caberuns, devicelabels—and keep accurate service logs.
• Act as a technical bridge between on-site teams and remote NOC teams, so strong interpersonal, teamwork and collaboration skills are essential.
• Maintain safety and security compliance standards.
• Ability to work in distribution cabinets, crawl spaces, industrial infrastructure zones, and confined spaces.
