Hardware R&D Processes Expert (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
Act as a process owner defining, implementing, and maintaining processes, standards, and guidelines across Hardware R&D
Accountable for leading projects related to process improvements
Create and maintain process documentation, training materials, and user guides
Contribute to digital transformation and automation projects
Conduct trainings and workshops for engineers and new hires
Ensure compliance with internal standards, quality requirements, and regulatory guidelines
Analyze and continuously improve Hardware R&D processes based on feedback, KPIs, and best practices
Act as an interface between engineering, quality, and IT to align processes, tools, and data flows
Support the selection, implementation, and optimization of engineering tools and process-related systems

Your Qualifications
Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a comparable technical field
Several years of professional experience in CAD process engineering, CAD administration, or engineering methods
Experience with PDM/PLM systems and their integration into engineering processes
Proven experience in process definition, standardization, and optimization
Solid understanding of product development workflows in an R&D environment
Experience in cross-functional and international collaboration
Structured and analytical way of working
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently as well as in interdisciplinary teams
Advanced English and basic German language skills
