Opened in 1971, Hotel NEPTUN is an employer with many years of experience. We employ over 240 staff (m/f/d) and more than 60 trainees from over 20 different countries. Of these, more than 50 employees have been working at Hotel NEPTUN for over 25 years.

Main tasks

• You will be responsible for the general organisational and operational processes of the housekeeping team as well as staff scheduling
• You ensure an optimal cleaning process and check the condition of our rooms
• You will instruct new employees and be the first point of contact for all personnel matters
• You will be responsible for coordinating tasks with neighbouring departments
• You ensure the hygiene-conscious and safe handling of all work equipment in your area
• You create analyses and reports for the logistics management team
• You are actively committed to the satisfaction of our guests

What you bring with you

• You are characterised by high quality standards
• You have a successful qualification as a hotel specialist or similar with sound knowledge of all housekeeping processes
• You are assertive and able to work under pressure
• You have already demonstrated this in at least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position
• You are confident in using hotel software, duty scheduling tools and MS Office
• You are discreet in your dealings with our guests
• You are business fluent in written and spoken German at C2 level and have a good command of English, further language skills are an advantage
