We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to serve as the Head of China AS. This role will oversee a significant business portfolio valued at approximately 120 million Euros, encompassing four key franchises: Lab Water, BioM, DxRM, and CTS. The ideal candidate will drive growth, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure that our offerings meet the evolving needs of our customers in the Chinese market. Your Role

Business Leadership : Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets across all franchises. Lead and inspire : Lead a cross-functional team to deliver exceptional results and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation. Market Analysis and Growth : Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape. Drive business development initiatives : Expand market share and enhance customer engagement. Operational Excellence : Ensure efficient operations across all franchises, optimizing processes and resource allocation. Implement best practices in sales, marketing, and customer service to enhance operational performance. Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders. Collaborate with global and regional teams to align business objectives and share best practices. Financial Management : Monitor financial performance, provide insights to senior management. Develop budgets and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision making. Compliance and Risk Management : Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies. Identify and mitigate risks associated with business operations. Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred. Proven experience in a leadership role within the life sciences or healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of the Chinese market. Demonstrated success in managing significant business portfolios and driving growth. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and develop actionable strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required. What We Offer
