The mission

You will build and lead a new function focused on value creation through AI, data, and operational excellence .

Working closely with senior leadership, you will:

• Define and drive a clear roadmap for AI and efficiency initiatives
• Translate strategy into practical, scalable use cases
• Improve process performance and decision‑making through data
• Ensure initiatives deliver real ROI, not just pilots
• Connect business, operations, finance, and technology into one system

What you’ll be responsible for

• Building and leading a cross‑functional value creation unit

• Driving end‑to‑end implementation of initiatives
