Our focus is on the analysis, management and development of real estate assets. What began in 2006 as a small, dynamic family office has grown into a major real estate investment family office in Europe and Asia.

In order to continue our success story, for our Munich office we are looking to recruit a:

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the performance-oriented management and further development of the properties in line with the respective fund strategy (focus on office properties and business parks) of a pan-European property portfolio.
• Owner representation in the form of strategic and operational property management in accordance with the respective property strategy (active asset management through to full repositioning).
• Results-orientated development of property strategies and ensuring implementation in terms of deadlines, quality and budget for existing and repositioning properties.
• Proactive analysis and development of value-adding measures.
• Support with acquisition and due diligence processes.
• Management of remodelling and refurbishment measures.
• Preparation of budget planning and reporting documents.
• Selection, coordination and management of service providers.
• Professional and disciplinary management of approx. 8 employees (agreeing and monitoring targets, developing employees, promoting appreciative cooperation, etc.).

Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in real estate / business administration, or relevant training in the real estate sector and/or further training as a real estate specialist or similar.
• Many years of relevant practical experience in independent asset management with regard to property development (value add, ESG).
• Additional experience in the transaction area and/or property management is an advantage.
• Independent way of working characterised by an entrepreneurial approach.
• High social competence and enjoy working in a team.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
