Head of Brand & Communications (m/f/d) You will lead our communications efforts end‑to‑end, shaping how we tell our story and engage audiences across media, events and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Full ownership of the narrative and communication strategy across all channels.

Collaborate closely with the management team on event communications, thought leadership and brand strategy.

Manage and coordinate external PR and event agencies.

Create and refine key materials, from newsletters to press releases and brand storytelling.

Leverage social media and digital channels to grow reach and engagement.

Support portfolio companies with communication for funding announcements.

Build and nurture a strong network across the VC community.

Keep the voice ahead of the curve and find new ways to stand out in the VC space.

Requirements

4+ years of relevant experience in the venture capital or startup ecosystem.

Strategic communicator capable of defining the big picture and diving into details.

Strong sense for brand and design, turning complex ideas into bold assets.

Hands‑on experience managing content across multiple formats and channels.

Tech‑savvy and excited by evolving communication tools.

Natural relationship builder working with founders, LPs and journalists.

Love being part of a brand that redefines what VC looks and feels like.

Excellent written and spoken English skills.

Remote location and preference This role is remote, with a preference for candidates based in Berlin.
