To strengthen our KRITIS team, we are looking for a department head for the building management department to start as soon as possible in pay grade 12:

Department head (m/f/d) for business continuity management (BCM) of the hospital network

If you have extensive knowledge of BCM and IT security and are familiar with KRITIS, you are the right person for our competent KRITIS team.

As Head of Department (m/f/d) for BCM of the hospital network, you will support us in the following areas, among others:

• Responsible participation in the creation, updating, and maintenance of the concepts and manuals required in accordance with BSI Standard 200-4
• Creation of reports and templates for the board of directors and management
• Creation and adaptation of service and work instructions
• Organizing and conducting information, training, and awareness events on the topic of emergency management for the hospital group.
• Planning, conducting, and evaluating emergency drills.
• Coordinating and developing measures for continuous improvement (PDCA cycle).
• Member of the information security management team.
• Participation in the creation of a basic IT security concept.
• Representation of DRV Rheinland in cross-institutional working groups.

Your qualifications
Requirements:

• A degree in computer science, information technology, business informatics, or information security technology (university of applied sciences diploma or bachelor's degree) or a comparable relevant degree corresponding to level 6 of the German Qualifications Framework (DQR level 6)

In addition, we would like you to have:

• Good knowledge and qualifications in BCM, e.g., BSI BCM practitioner
• Extensive knowledge of emergency and security management
• Good knowledge of BSI IT baseline protection (currently BSI Standard 200)
• Knowledge of data protection and the establishment and operation of rehabilitation clinics
• Strong communication, cooperation, and teamwork skills
• Organizational skills and methodological competence
• Confident use of MS Office products
• Strong willingness to undertake further training
• Willingness to travel occasionally for work
