Head of Clinical Training Program

to co-develop and lead the training, implementation, and growth of our

Augmented Psychotherapy Training (APT)

curriculum. You are supported by our multiprofessional teams in MIND Foundation and OVID Clinics – and have time to get-to-know the program well in a friendly and ambitious team environment.

Core Goals & Responsibilities A. Educational Leadership & Teaching

Lead Trainer:

Become and act as the primary lead trainer and teacher for the APT program, delivering high-quality education to medical and psychological professionals. Team Integration:

Collaborate closely with the APT team to ensure a cohesive and impactful learning experience for all participants.

B. Content Development & Innovation

Curriculum Evolution:

Co-develop and refine clinical program content in close cooperation with

MIND Foundation

and

OVID Clinics

leadership and the expanding APT team. Module Design:

Co-create new educational modules and improve existing ones, ensuring they reflect the latest scientific evidence. Competency Framework:

Integrate and refine our

12 key competencies

for psychedelic treatment as described in recent clinical publications. Theoretical Grounding:

Ensure the curriculum utilizes evidence-based frameworks like

general change mechanisms

and combine them with findings from psychedelic research to ground the emerging psychedelic therapy field.

C. Operational Excellence & Digitalization

Scalability:

Streamline and consolidate program operations to ensure scalability and professional delivery. Digital Transformation:

Support the digitalization and automation of curriculum aspects where technically and pedagogically feasible.

D. Team Leadership & Culture

Team Supervision:

Supervise, grow and maintain a lively, competent APT team that embodies the core values of the MIND Foundation. Professional Growth:

Foster a culture of responsibility and continuous professional development within the clinical faculty and the

APT Network .

E. Research & Data Stewardship

Research Support:

Facilitate and allow for training program research. Data Collection:

Oversee general data collection for public and institutional reporting.

Professional Background

Clinical Qualification:

You are a trained psychotherapist or medical professional (e.g., psychiatrist, medical psychotherapist). Domain Expertise:

You possess practical knowledge of the emerging field of medical psychedelic therapy and the relevant clinical standards.

Requirements & Competencies

Professional Experience:

3+ years of experience within the medical, psychotherapeutic, and educational sectors. Language Proficiency:

Full professional proficiency in

English

– and ideally also full proficiency in

German

or alternatively willingness to acquire the language up to at least B2 level. Collaboration Skills:

Proven experience in collaborating with clinical, educational, and academic partners. Personal Integrity:
