Your tasks

As Head (m/f/d) of the Cloud & Data Center Services unit, you will play a key role in shaping and strategically developing our company. Your main responsibility is to shape and drive forward the service portfolios of your unit in order to offer innovative cloud and data center services. You will connect our certified data center with the leading cloud platforms Microsoft Azure and AWS to develop hybrid cloud service models.

• Develop and expand the unit's service portfolio in line with business objectives
• Design and implementation of hybrid cloud service models using our data center infrastructure and cloud platforms
• Convincing our customers of the first-class products and services offered by your unit
• Working closely with sales to increase cloud platform utilization and expand customer networks
• Expansion and maintenance of the partner network to expand the portfolio
• Ensuring the unit's delivery capability and responsibility for economic performance
• Technical and disciplinary management of two team leaders and a total of over 20 employees (m/f/d)
• Acting as a coach and supporting employees (m/f/d) in their professional and personal development

Your profile

• You have successfully completed a degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable course of study
• You have proven experience in leading teams and have the ability to coach and motivate employees (m/f/d)
• You have experience in the development and provision of cloud and data center services
• You have demonstrable experience in the IT services sector
• You have in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud platforms and hybrid cloud architectures
• A strong customer focus and the ability to recognize customer needs and offer suitable solutions
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills are a matter of course for you
• You have a high degree of initiative, assertiveness and resilience
• Fluent written and spoken German is a prerequisite. Other languages are welcome
