What you will do: You will be responsible for building and leading the sales and account management team in Malta. Your leadership behaviour has a significant impact on the positive sales development at GAMOMAT. You will work closely with the Strategy department by deriving specific sales measures from the market and product strategy formulated there and implementing these operationally with your team. Together with your team, you will work on acquiring strategically relevant, revenue-generating customer relationships and on maintaining and expanding existing partnerships. You will manage your team based on figures and clearly defined sales KPIs to ensure high sales performance. You will keep a constant eye on the market and competition and ensure that current trends are continuously incorporated into the further development of the market and product strategy. Who you are? You are a strong communicator and goal-oriented leader with a strong leadership mentality. You have several years of management experience and a proven track record in building high-performance sales teams. You have at least five years of experience in the iGaming industry, resulting in a high level of market knowledge and an established network in the market. You have the ability to deal with constructive conflict, maintaining a good balance between assertiveness and cooperation. You have a sure instinct for dealing with different stakeholders and personalities, as well as strong negotiating skills. You possess a can-do mentality and are eager to get things moving. You have a high degree of self-organization and self-reflection for working within a hybrid, collaborative working model.
