I’m partnering with a well-funded European deep-tech company operating in the defence technology space, developing advanced AI-driven systems that combine computer vision, robotics, and autonomous technologies.

They are looking for a

Head of Computer Vision Engineering

to lead the development of real-time perception capabilities for intelligent systems operating in complex and dynamic environments.

What you’ll be doing: • Defining and leading the computer vision strategy and technical roadmap • Developing real-time perception algorithms for autonomous systems • Object detection, tracking, segmentation, and scene understanding • Visual localisation and navigation for intelligent platforms • Building and mentoring a high-performing computer vision team • Deploying machine learning models on edge and embedded systems

Ideal background: • Strong experience in

computer vision and deep learning • Expertise with

PyTorch or TensorFlow • Experience with

object detection and tracking models • Exposure to

robotics, autonomous systems, or embedded AI • Strong

Python and/or C++

skills • Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams
