Key Responsibilities

Define and lead the EPC and execution strategy across PV & BESS projects

Take full ownership from NTP through to COD

Structure and manage EPC, multi-lot, and hybrid contracting models

Lead negotiations with EPCs, OEMs, and key technical partners

Oversee grid connection works with TSOs/DSOs

Implement robust governance across HSE, quality, schedule, risk, and commercial management

Manage claims, variations, performance guarantees, and contract administration

Build and lead a high-performing execution team

Report to senior leadership and investors on project performance and risk

Ideal Requirements

8+ years’ experience in renewable energy project execution

Strong background in EPC management (utility-scale PV and ideally BESS)

Proven experience delivering projects from NTP to COD

Experience managing grid connection, substations, and storage integration

Strong commercial and contractual expertise

Leadership experience (direct or matrix structures)

Fluent German and English

Willingness to be present in Germany on a regular basis
