Head of CRM (m/w/d)

Overview

We are seeking a hands-on, strategic Head of CRM (m/w/d) to shape the future of patient engagement at TieTalent. You will lead a highly collaborative team driving patient and doctor journeys through Salesforce Marketing Cloud and our internal platforms. We have strong foundations and now need a leader to scale, standardise, and elevate CRM impact across multiple markets. We welcome candidates based in Germany or the UK. Responsibilities

Lead and scale a high-performing CRM team (6+ and growing). Own our Salesforce Marketing Cloud setup, driving best practices and performance. Set CRM strategy and roll up your sleeves when needed. Align CRM with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to drive OKRs. Champion automation, experimentation, and measurable engagement outcomes. Own the CRM budget and resourcing across markets. Qualifications

7+ years in CRM with proven impact on retention and engagement. 2+ years leading teams of 5+, ideally in tech-driven scale-ups. Strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience (hands-on or strategic). Stakeholder leadership across cross-functional squads. A builder's mindset - structured, pragmatic, and impact-focused. Benefits
