Setting strategy and approach for CRM systems development / build, maintenance & support (internal and external)
Owning contracts, overall architecture, security, and backup & recovery for all CRM / CRM-related systems & tools (Salesforce and all integrated third‑party no‑code / low‑code tools)
Managing the people organization supporting these tools (Admins, Devs, Consultants & Associates)
Acting as the sparring partner for senior leadership and key business stakeholders on CRM capabilities and roadmap
Driving continuous improvement and ensuring CRM delivers measurable business impact
Hands‑on experience in people management and Salesforce implementations and operations
6+ years of dedicated experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 3 years in a people leadership role
Strong grasp of Salesforce solution architecture, including systems integration and data flows
Experience with Salesforce administration and / or consulting, ideally across multiple clouds or business functions
Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage vendors / consultants effectively
Skilled in stakeholder management and translating business needs into scalable technical solutions
You balance strategic thinking with a roll‑up‑your‑sleeves mentality, and thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
