Overview

The customer is building a live, product-led defence software platform that supports complex, real world operations. The product is already deployed and now entering a critical scale-up phase expanding functionality, users, and operational demands.

We’re looking for a Head of Delivery / Senior Program Manager to take ownership of this programme as it scales. You’ll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and execution, ensuring the platform continues to deliver reliably as complexity and demand increase.

This is a high-impact leadership role with real ownership and influence.

What You’ll Do

• Own delivery of a mission-critical defence software product
• Lead execution across multiple product and engineering streams
• Identify delivery and resourcing constraints before they become risks
• Shape delivery structures as the programme scales
• Partner closely with engineering leadership and founders
• Communicate progress, trade-offs, and risks at senior level
