By using cutting‑edge technologies and building sustainable business models, we aim to maximize our efficiency and establish a new digital value chain. Our vision is to create a dynamic, connected ecosystem that optimizes our publishing processes and focuses on the close connection to our target markets.

What you can expect from us

You take over the management of the “Website Operations” and “Digital Project Management” teams

You are the driver of our digital transformation and establish the department as an internal competence center for digital product and process know‑how

You support colleagues from all editorial and commercial departments to actively participate in our digital transformation

With your expertise, you bring together digital skills, systems and processes as well as the requirements of the publishing divisions in our central Digital Hub

In line with the digital needs of our publishing divisions and their target markets, you will develop a modern system landscape that meets specific user requirements

As a digital guide, the Digital Hub defines the company‑wide digital strategy under your leadership and creates a framework that enables decentralized strategies and their implementation

You manage external service providers in a targeted manner

What we want from you

You have successfully completed your university studies, preferably in the field of economics, business informatics or business administration

You have professional experience in the digital environment, ideally in the media industry

You have experience in designing and supporting transformative organizational development processes

You are professionally involved with system architectures and automation processes and have an understanding of the interaction of data, systems and processes

You are a real team leader who wants to work in a dynamic environment with great colleagues who you can inspire, motivate and take with you

>You are a strong communicator and have good interpersonal skills You are enthusiastic about interface work, in which you keep an eye on progress with strong decision‑making and implementation skills
