Head of Engineering (m/f/d)

We are looking for you as Head of Engineering (m/f/d) for our Grafenrheinfeld site with immediate effect.

Your tasks

Disciplinary and technical management of the Engineering department

Strategic further development of the technologies used, market observation of new trends and implementation of new automation solutions

Technical development of the assigned departments

Responsibility for order planning and control as well as compliance with the target productivity of the individual departments

Optimization of project processes

Personnel requirements planning, training requirements planning

Your qualification

Training and further education/studies in the field of electrical engineering

In-depth knowledge of PLC programming and circuit diagram creation

Several years of professional experience, preferably through commissioning

Several years of management experience

Business and technical management of major projects, preferably in the process industry

Reliability and willingness to take responsibility

High level of commitment and dedication

High level of empathy and diplomacy paired with assertiveness

Very good knowledge of English
