You’ll guide multiple squads to ship reliably, raise the bar on engineering practices, and create space for innovation (yes, including AI). You’ll balance people leadership with technical strategy, and partner closely with Product and Team Leads to align roadmaps with business goals.
3+ years in software development and a few years in a leadership seat (EM / Tech Lead).
Experience in SaaS (ideally at ~100–250 ppl); strong remote leadership chops.
Technical depth to weigh trade-offs and guide decisions; business-minded judgment.
Change leadership: you’ve steered teams through transitions and kept them motivated.
Hands-on exposure to our stack (or close equivalents).
Experience shaping learning programs/guilds and developer-centric cultures.
Engineering degree or equivalent.
Teams ship predictably; systems are reliable and scalable.
Clear, positive accountability through meaningful metrics.
