Head of Graphic Design WW (f/m/d)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Lead, inspire and develop the Graphic Design Team

Oversee high-impact campaigns, daily business, and special projects across multiple channels

Ensure outstanding visual quality, consistency and brand relevance across all creative outputs

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing creative ambition with efficiency and deadlines

Guide team members and foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous growth

Oversee projects from first concept to final execution, ensuring precision and excellence in every detail; help define and drive the overall design direction across all projects

Collaborate closely with Creative, Brand Marketing, Customer Experience and key stakeholders to translate brand strategy into compelling visual storytelling

WHO YOU ARE

10+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally within luxury, fashion or e-commerce and a strong portfolio showcasing high-end design including print knowledge

Proven experience leading and managing creative roles and teams; strategic, collaborative and hands-on in your leadership approach

Deep understanding of the fashion and luxury industry, with a strong sense of current and emerging trends

Expert knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with strong working proficiency in Keynote and Excel

Exceptional eye for detail with a refined aesthetic sensibility and flawless execution

Highly organized, with the ability to lead multiple projects in parallel without compromising quality

Excellent communication skills and proven experience working in an international setting
