Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for the Head of Integrated Logistics Support based in Westendorf. The individual will oversee the planning, implementation, and management of systems and strategies to ensure effective logistics support for defense products. Responsibilities include developing and improving integrated logistics support processes, coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, and procurement teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, monitoring supply chain efficiency, conducting risk assessments, and providing leadership to the logistics support team.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics management, supply chain coordination, and operational support
• Strong knowledge of defense manufacturing, including airframes, propulsion systems, and avionics
• Skills in leadership, project management, and cross‑functional team collaboration
• Familiarity with industry standards, compliance regulations, and risk management practices
• Adept at process development and continuous improvement in logistics and support systems
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in utilizing logistics planning software and tools is an asset
