As Head of Inverter Technology, you will take full ownership of STABL’s Battery Control System platform, leading a cross-functional team of firmware, hardware, and testing experts. You will guide the team in building reliable, high-performance systems that make energy storage smarter and safer—while developing people, not just products. Your Role

Lead and scale the BCS Product Team, enabling rapid, coordinated development across embedded systems, electronics, and test automation Support decision-making, resolve conflicts, and create alignment across functions as a force-multiplier for the team Mentor squad leaders and help grow new technical leaders within the team Foster a culture of clear ownership, pragmatic execution, and strong technical standards Ensure our control systems are ready for the field, certification, and real-world impact Your Profile

Strong leadership experience in technical environments—ideally within embedded systems, power electronics, or battery systems Engineering background with a systems perspective and delivery mindset Ability to build trust quickly and navigate ambiguity confidently Proven success in building high-performing, self-managing teams Why STABL Energy?
