Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing multi-site IT operations in complex or multinational settings Strong expertise in IT financials, CAPEX/OPEX management, and cost optimization Proven track record in leading large, cross-country IT project portfolios with measurable results Visionary, strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans using OKRs and KPIs Skilled in driving organizational transformation and managing complex change Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills; English fluency required, German and Agile experience are strong pluses
