We are looking for a Head of IT Transformation & CIO Office in one of our offices in

The OESL IT department is newly conceived and is being built now! With this pioneering effort, OESL IT will be flexible, fast, and forward-thinking. Our IT team will become a strategic advisory partner, strengthen digital capabilities, and drive business success. In your role as Head of IT Transformation & CIO Office, you will work in a dynamic environment and shape the future IT landscape with us. You will drive the strategic direction and large-scale transformation of the IT landscape, bridging the gap between business demands, IT landscape management, and modern operating models. Furthermore, you manage the CIO Office and the overarching IT framework, encompassing budget control, governance, vendor relations, the proactive development of organizational talent, and IT communication. Your Responsibilities:

IT Transformation: Leading large-scale IT transformation program to optimize infrastructure, legacy applications, and digital capabilities. IT Landscape Management: Bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution by prioritizing demands and governing the enterprise architecture roadmap. CIO Office: Acting as a strategic partner to the CIO by managing ad-hoc initiatives, preparing executive board presentations, and coordinating high-level meetings and conferences. IT Strategy: Defining, developing, and operationalizing the long-term IT strategy to ensure full alignment with overarching business objectives. IT Performance Management: Managing the IT budget and establishing a framework of KPIs to monitor departmental performance and financial efficiency. IT Operating Model: Optimizing the IT operating model by streamlining project portfolio management (PPM), refining IT processes, and scaling agile methodologies. Vendor & Provider Management: Managing strategic relationships with external vendors and service providers, including contract negotiations and service level monitoring. Communication & Talent Management: Driving organizational development through internal communication strategies and proactive talent management to build a future-ready IT workforce. IT Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC): Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies while implementing robust IT risk management frameworks in close alignment with respective business functions. Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: University degree (Master’s or equivalent) in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Significant professional experience in IT strategy consulting or a high-level corporate IT management function. Analytical Excellence: Proven track record in IT Controlling, KPI definition, and managing complex IT budgets. Methodological Expertise: Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL), Enterprise Architecture, and Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS). Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, decision-oriented narratives for executive leadership. Negotiation Skills: Experienced in managing global vendors and navigating complex contractual landscapes. Projects: Demonstrated experience in leading IT projects across multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams, both locally and internationally. Leadership: Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire, develop, and motivate high-performing, cross-functional teams. Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; additional languages are a plus.
