at the earliest possible date. Responsibilities

You develop and implement strategies for cold chain and intralogistics across FRoSTA AG. You lead operations in international frozen warehouse facilities. You manage inbound logistics for raw materials and outbound distribution to global markets. You lead and develop multilevel team of approximately 120 employees, in 4 locations. Collaborations with Directors, Managers and Team Leaders across entire organization especially Supply Chain, Operations and Commercial divisions. You manage relationships with consultants, logistics service providers and third parties in logistics. You drive digital transformation and sustainability initiatives within logistics operations. Qualifications

You hold a university degree in supply chain, logistics or similar and have at least 5 years of relevant experience in a managerial position in SCM. Extensive leadership experience in logistics, supply chain, preferably within FMCG or the food industry. Strong expertise in warehouse management, transport logistics and process optimisation. Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams and foster a high-performance culture. Strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, results-oriented approach. Resilience, flexibility and the ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, international business environment. Fluency in German and English. Benefits
