What the job involves

As Head of M&A, you will be responsible for driving the group's inorganic growth strategy and managing the full transaction lifecycle You will work closely with the executive leadership team and the shareholder to identify, evaluate and execute acquisition opportunities You will play a key role in shaping the future footprint of the group and ensuring successful integration of new businesses Further development and execution of the company's buy-and-build strategy Identification, assessment and prioritisation of potential acquisition targets Management of end-to-end M&A processes, including valuation, due diligence and negotiations Preparation of investment cases and presentation materials for senior management and shareholders Coordination of internal and external stakeholders throughout the transaction process Support and monitoring of post-merger integration to ensure value creation Who we are looking for

We are seeking a commercially driven and analytically strong M&A professional with the ability to operate in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment Multiple years of experience in M&A, corporate development, private equity or investment banking Proven track record in executing mid-market transactions Strong financial modelling and analytical skills Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach High level of ownership, resilience and execution focus Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Fluency in German and English You will be redirected to the company’s website – you must complete the application on their platform to apply.
