To strengthen our team at the Cologne location and to implement our digital marketing strategy, we are looking for a Head of Marketing Germany

How will you help us grow?

• Taking the overall strategic responsibility for all marketing activities
• Managing and developing of a team of two product managers and our digital marketing team (three employees)
• Developing, implementing and controlling the marketing strategy
• Being responsible for brand management, positioning and corporate identity
• Controlling and optimizing marketing campaigns across all channels (online/offline)
• Making market and competition analyses to identify trends, opportunities and risks budget planning, control and performance monitoring (KPIs, ROI)
• Working in close cooperation with sales, specialist consulting and management
• Building the relationship with agency and media partners
• Promoting a data-driven marketing culture (e.g., marketing automation, customer insights, lead generation)

Could this be you?

• Degree in agriculture, natural sciences or similar field
• Several years of experience in a senior marketing role, ideally in crop protection
• Proven track record in brand management, campaign management, and team leadership
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO/SEA, social media, content, CRM)
• Strong analytical skills, KPI driven approach to work
• Creativity, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills
• Leadership personality with motivation, team spirit and assertiveness
