We are currently directly partnered with a leading German company who are looking to strengthen it's leadership team within their M365 environments. They are searching for a

Head of Modern Workplace

to take

full ownership of how Microsoft 365 is designed, operated, and evolved

across a large, complex organisation. The Role

Own the Microsoft 365 platform end to end

— from vision and roadmap through to secure, stable day-to-day operations Define and deliver a

modern work strategy , balancing innovation (Copilot, automation, collaboration) with governance, security, and compliance Lead platform areas covering

Collaboration, Endpoint (Intune), and Power Platform , ensuring they work as one integrated ecosystem Set the rules:

governance models, security standards, compliance frameworks, and architectural principles Ensure reliable operation of

Intune, Microsoft Purview, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange , and business-critical M365 applications Design and run

hybrid operating models , aligning internal teams and external service providers Own

vendors, contracts, SLAs, KPIs, and budgets , actively steering quality, cost, and performance Use metrics and reporting to

identify risks early , drive continuous improvement, and brief senior IT and business leadership Lead and develop an interdisciplinary Modern Work team , creating clarity, accountability, and a high-performance culture Package & Practicalities
